Hardware automatic locking screw machine

Feeding system: First, the qualified screws are screened and arranged to ensure that only the screws that meet the requirements enter the subsequent processing stage and are fed to the machine through the feeding system.

Locking system: Through the precision control system, such as PLC (programmable logic controller), the screw will be captured by the robot arm or other actuator when it is transported to the locking position, and the screw will be tightened according to the preset coordinates to achieve accurate positioning and tightening.

Detection system: After the lock is complete, the automatic lock screw will use a torque sensor or position sensor and other detection devices to verify that the screw is correctly locked. If the screw meets the preset locking standard, the machine will send a signal to notify the operator or the control system.

Placement system: Finally, screws that are not locked or do not meet the requirements are re-fed back into the hopper, and screws that are successfully locked are placed in the designated output area for further assembly or use.
